At around 100ft above sea level, the house catches the gentle and cooling trade winds breeze and enjoys magnificent views over Pigeon Beach and Falmouth Bay, out towards Montserrat and the Caribbean sea beyond.

Pigeon Beach is just a 5 minute walk down from the house. Rated as one of Antigua’s finest, this idyllic beach provides safe warm water, a stretch of perfect sand, a very local beach bar, Bumpkins, and possibly Antigua’s finest restaurant, Catherine’s Café.

Falmouth and English Harbour are most famous for sailing with the notable regattas of the RORC 600 in February, Classic Week and Race Week in April. The area comes alive with crews and parties at those times. Sailing boats can be chartered with or without crew for part of a day, a full day or more.

Cedar Valley is the main golf course on the island providing club hire and buggies. It is approximately 35 minutes’ drive from the house. It’s a good course with spectacular views. There is also a golf course at Jolly Harbour.
